President and CEOAs CEO, Stephen is responsible for the coordination and management of corporate matters. He founded Greystone in 1988 as an independent investment banking firm and has since developed it into a mature investment firm with a national reputation.

Mr. Rosenberg leads Greystone as it successfully distinguishes itself in its creative approach and drive to provide solutions for its clients.

Prior to joining Greystone, Stephen was a National Director with Dean Witter Reynolds.

Stephen holds a D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
